I'm Ligia Costa, Originally from Portugal. I'm a freelance make-up artist based in London specializing in special Effects make-up Film/TV/theatre. I am also focusing for fashion Editorial and bridal, and occasion makeup. Having first taken my A-levels in fine Art I then went to university and got my degree in Special Effects make-up Film/TV at the London College of Fashion, I have received professional training in Special Effects, Prosthetic’s Wig making and Hairstyling, Beauty/Commercial, Bridal and Special occasion make-up.
